Almost a year after the project was completed, we had an issue with our under cabinet lighting due to a power surge. Neil was very responsive when we reached out, and came by within a couple days to get it working.

We wanted to renovate and open up our kitchen to a more modern look. Our next door neighbor used Neil and his crew to renovate their kitchen in 2021 and I was VERY impressed with the quality of work. After having the $$$ to start the project … More I contacted Neil and he was very responsive. He is upfront on everything you need to know about a kitchen renovation especially with the scope we wanted. He will also walk you through the process step by step and he will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. If there are any issues during the project he will make sure he finds a way to correct it so that you as the customer is satisfied. We also added a laundry room renovation to the project and while kitchens specifically is European Kitchens expertise, Neil was gladly to help out with out laundry room and it is gorgeous!!! Lastly, if anything needs subtracting work Neil has the best contractors that work around each others schedules. We are beyond satisfied with not only how everything turned out but the professionalism and dedication we experienced. The project from start to finish took 10 weeks but there were very few days where nobody was able to show up. When those days occurred we were given ample notice ahead of time. 5+ stars all the way! Thank you European Kitchens for giving us our dream kitchen!!!

We decided to update our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room for a more contemporary look. We've heard about Neil and his company with his expertise on IKEA cabinetry and how they had to qualify to be able to install their kitchens. … More After talking with him, we knew he was the one we wanted. Besides his great quote, he was very knowledgeable about remodeling and took time to answer all of our questions. From the first day, he was all about customer service and quality. He was there when the walls came down, and every day until the complete walk through on the last day. During the remodel, every concern was handled, and never once did we feel disrespected or that we were inconveniencing him. His staff was also kind and respectful. Neil also made suggestions that he felt would be better aesthetically but never pressured us into making changes. Thankfully, we listened to his ideas because our downstairs turned out better than we ever thought possible! His vision of the final product is unbelievable....and, with us, was perfection! Everyone who worked on my project was extremely professional and I appreciate that they cleaned up after. Very knowledgeable crew and the craftsmanship is impeccable. If you need a new or simple update call Virginia Kitchens. The part that blew my mind was that I didn’t have to wait months to get back into my kitchen. The entire project may have taken 3 weeks to be completed. Cabinets are beautiful.

We told him our ideas, and he offered helpful insight, layout options, and once we decided on one, a complete item list that we needed to order from IKEA. We even added a bit of complexity and ordered half of our cabinets from a custom cabinetry company that he generated a complete order list from that company as well. When the work actually begun, they were quick, and the project turned out beautifully without a single flaw or hiccup (which is unheard of!)
